I authorized Bonseye Studio, LLC its assigned transferees to copywrite, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Bonseye Studio, LLC may use such photographs of me and my art work for any lawful purpose as publicity, illustrations, advertising and web content. By signing below you agree to the terms stated above.

The participants, on behalf of himself or herself, and all agents, employees, assignees, administrators and executors, hereby release, discharge and waives all claims of liability against Bonseye Studio,LLC for any injuries, damages, or loss of any kind that might be sustained while participating in Bonseye Studio workshops/events, and or any health conditions, new or pre-existing, that might develop or be affected or aggravated as a result of participation. We connot reduce or waive these terms in the event of circumstances beyond our control such as illness or acts of nature. Boneye Studio, LLC assumes no liability for any injuries, death, damage to personal property, thefts, losses or illnesses incurred by participants during or as a result of participating in a workshop held by Bonseye Studio, LLC.
